Project overview
The Ti Project is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in high-end, made-to-order titanium and stainless-steel merchandise. They work with brands, crypto companies, NFT projects, and creators to produce premium, USA-made custom pieces - from rings and pendants to dog tags, keychains, coins, and collectibles. We rebuilt their storefront around clarity, trust, and premium craftsmanship presentation.
The challenge
While product craftsmanship and community reputation were already strong, their Shopify store struggled with outdated layouts, inconsistent product organization, and a shopping experience that didn't communicate the premium, handcrafted nature of their work.

We rebuilt their Shopify storefront to better showcase craftsmanship, improve product discovery, and create a modern, conversion-ready experience for everyday shoppers and large-volume custom orders.
Our approach
We restructured the catalog so customers can move effortlessly between rings, dog tags, ARK Plates, ornaments, coins, and custom pieces.
Layouts now highlight material quality, machining detail, and uniqueness - giving every titanium and stainless-steel piece premium presentation.
Each product communicates purpose, design inspiration, materials, and craftsmanship process so buyers understand why it is special.
We clarified how custom projects work, simplified inquiry, and made pathways for creators, brands, and businesses easier to navigate.
