Project overview

Close the deal from anywhere.

Asady Law is Soroosh Asady's Toronto real estate practice, serving buyers, sellers, landlords, lenders, and developers remotely. The site had to look like a serious firm and behave like a modern booking tool.

The challenge

A virtual firm still has to feel like a firm.

01 / 02

Real estate closings still feel like they require an office visit. Asady Law's advantage is a fully remote process, but that only works if the website makes the practice feel as solid as a downtown firm - and lets a buyer book a consult without a phone tag.

What we did

Book the consult. Then close remotely.

02 / 02

We designed a calm, Toronto-rooted site that leads with the virtual close, spells out residential and commercial work, and puts consultation booking in the header and hero. Service pages cover purchases, sales, refinancing, wills, and business agreements.

What we shipped

Clarity for a high-stakes, remote close.

01

Virtual close, front and center

The homepage states the remote process before listing practice areas, so the differentiator isn't buried.

02

Consultation in one tap

Book a Consultation sits in the header and hero, with weekday slots instead of a generic contact form.

03

Toronto without the cliché

City photography and a restrained gold-and-ink palette that reads as a law firm, not a landing-page template.

The results

The first meeting is already on the calendar.

Prospective clients can understand the remote process, see the practice areas, and book a weekday consultation from the same page they found on Google.
